Had a fantastic time at the @hawaiifoodindustryassociation New Members Pau Hana, hosted by @jpghawaii (we're proud new members ourselves). @sushionwheelscatering knocked it out of the park, and gave everyone a taste of what fresh kona-grown Green Caviar, Dragon's Breath, and Sea Lettuce can add to an #omakase experience. The Dragon's Breath and Sea Lettuce #tempura was a revelation! Bravo Chef Ramon!
@nuri_piccio, Executive Chef at @fshualalai's #NOIO, using our farm-fresh Kona Dragon's Breath (#limulepeohina) to beautifully plate one of his seafood creations.
If you're visiting #kona and looking for a dining experience you'll remember forever, an evening with Chef Nuri and the NOIO team is a must. As Chef likes to say, #pleasecomehungry.
Want to see what #limu can do for your menu? Let's talk story.

Check out this stunning #kanpachi tartare with a yuzu ginger aioli, peanut furikake, and our very own Kona Green Caviar seaweed, from @chefstevephelps at @indigenousrestaurant . Bravo, Chef Steve!
Keep the creations coming, Chefs, we love seeing the magic you're all making with Hawaii's finest farm-fresh limu.

Aloha Oahu!! We’re so excited! Our Kona Limu Company products are now available on the gathering Isle through our friends at @farmlinkhawaii. You can place your order with them, and they will deliver directly to your door, the very next day.
Two of our products are available this week –
Kona Green Caviar (aka umi budo, bada podo, lato, arosep): An extremely helathy whole-food vegan caviar alternative with a briny ocean "pop". Excellent with sashimi, poke, chirashi, in traditional Filipino ensaladang lato, or on its own, dipped in ponzu.
Kona Dragon’s Breath (Limu lepe o Hina, pictured): Great in poke, ocean salads, soups/stews, and used as a snack or condiment when pickled, dried, or roasted crispy.
For more product info and serving suggestions, check out our website. And please remember – our Kona Green Caviar is a tropical limu – it hates the cold! So please do not put it in the fridge, or the freezer! Keep it at room temperature (A/C is great, ~ 75oF).
We hope that you enjoy! Please let us know how you serve them!
